Equipped with a three axis gyroscope, a three axis accelerometer and terrestrial magnetic field sensor, the PlayStation Move motion controller registers the precise movements of the player, while the PlayStation Eye camera peripheral, aimed at the player and his/her controller, allows the PS3 system to translate this into usable 3D oriented data.
