The true meaning of a definitive trilogy.
Being honest, I slept on the Mafia series for far longer than I should have. I played on the slim PS4, and oh my word was I blown away by it. This is a true meaning definitive edition, and is far worthier of carrying the definitive trilogy title than a game like the GTA “Defective” edition made by Grove Street Games would ever be.Being a remake from the ground up, Mafia 1 Definitive Edition is a truly faithful recreation and will certainly blow you away. If you plan on going trophy hunting for the platinum though, beware of the Fair Play mission on the hardest difficulty (Made Man) and the collectibles scattered all over the map- it took me nearly 30 hours to complete the game end to end, so trophy hunters beware!Mafia 2 Definitive carries the “definitive” tag, but isn’t a remake from the ground up, instead is a remaster of the 2010 PS3 title, and the remaster isn’t exactly the best port of a videogame title ever, with a few bugs here and there- blame D3T (the studio responsible) for that. Though it may not look as breathtaking as the first game, the story is really fun to follow, and the brotherhood between Joe and Vito is really gripping.I won’t comment on this version of Mafia 3- I played it in 2020 before I purchased this game, but what I can say is that Mafia 3 is a fantastic game, an underrated gem, marred only by a whole host of bugs which Hangar 13 have ignored for far too long and almost refuse to acknowledge and fix.Regardless, this is an absolutely beautiful set of games, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend for all to try this trilogy.

Except for minor bugs, the game is absolutely mind blowing!
Mafia definitive edition, re make of the original mafia game, is a classic game set in the 1930s with improved graphics and improved cutscenes and it has an excellent story. It is set in a fictions city , Lost Heaven, and the protagonist is Thomas Angelo. The story takes about 6 – 10 hours to complete. Except for some minor bugs here and there, the game is absolutely good. Will recommend it to people looking for good story games. It also has a display mode called the ânoirâ mode that changes the gameâs graphics to look like a classic black and white film. The game does not have multiplayer and you cannot free roam in between missions. You can free roam only when you play the mode – âFree rideâ.

Best gameplay & story line
Just letting you know that MAFIA 1 is the only definitive edition version. MAFIA 2 is just a remastered version and the graphics isn’t as good as MAFIA 1. However its still worth playing. MAFIA 3 has lot of side quest to be played along with its story line. It has a very big map which is fun to explore.

Great Trilogy and all parts discs work properly
I bought the game from seller Electronics Bazaar store. All discs work properly on my PS5 and packaging is good, without any tampering with new untouched discs waiting to be played! Thanks seller @Electronics Bazaar Store and @Amazon for great experience again…

Really good value for 3 games
Every ps4 owner should buy it.Not only are all three games brilliant and good looking (except for mafia 2 being quite a bit behind the other two in term of graphics)It contains all the dlc released up to date and some sign in bonus contnt.And the packaging of the game will.blow your head off the topThere are 3 separate disks for each game and it also includes a poster.Well done 2k and HANGAR 13

Its awesome to play an upgraded version of the original game.
I enjoyed the game to the fullest and brought fond memories of me playing the original game on my friendâs pc.A must buy for a Mafia series Fan.Dislike: I was disappointed when the back cover of the game was in Spanish. Thought I got a fake one. But the game had different language settings and English was one of them.
