   Very good
   The headset is working properly. Quality is good and it’s comfortable on the years. The position of the mic is adjustable. The item is somewhat expensive though, but worth the money!

   Did not receive new product
   Like you can see in the image. That’s exactly how the condition was when I removed the packaging 📦 The headset was outside pouch and one of the ear muffs already has come off. The box does not appear brand new but rather like refurbished product. Regarding headphone it’s comfortable, light and Noise cancellation does work well. Unfortunately unable to return it because I work and I need headset Unfortunately. If they provide new headphone then I believe it’s worth the money else Logitech has good option too. I used to believe Flipkart we face such used products but Amazon has lowered their standards too i believe. Also I wish the volume section I wish had a clip so that it could be hanged on shirt or Tshirt. Otherwise in general the product looks fine. As much as I wish to give 5 rating they leave me no choice but to give 3 so that they won’t cheat others are take this into consideration very seriously.

   Recently, I started participating in Google Meet conferences. I don’t have a built-in microphone in my nine-year-old laptop and didn’t own an external microphone, so I used the text box feature. That proved to be kind of lame, so I shopped Amazon and chose this headset. I used it for the first time a few days ago.Windows 11 recognized it as soon as I plugged it into the mic/headset socket and installation was effortless. Functionality is outstanding.The other folks in the conference were wowed by the quality of the microphone. They claimed it far exceeded the sound of anyone else they heard. I used to be a radio disc jockey 50 years ago, so this was music to my ears.Cord length about right, and for the sound quality reported by others, the price is remarkable. It was comfortable for the 75 minutes I wore it, but I am unable to quantify it’s all-day comfort at this time.

   I purchased this to help get rid of background noise when video conferencing or making audio notes. Compatible with Windows 11; it recognized it as soon as I plugged in the USB and I didn’t have to install anything. The headpiece comes in a very nice bag, that protects the headphones when traveling (the ear pieces fold flat). I played audio through the phones, and tested the microphone. Not much to say, except it works great. The earcups are soft and cover the openings of my ears well. I really like the that the cord has a remote built into it that you can control the volume (up or down or mute the microphone, or mute the sound). Seems well built.
