   Not a reliable product if you are going to use them for office purpose
   I purchased these headphones 6 months back, worked well for first 3 months. These are very comfortable headphones. I use these headphones for teams calls.After 3 months I started facing issues with mute button, even if I mute the mic with button given on headphones the other party was able to hear me. This can put you in very bad position if you saying something negative considering your mic is off, so you can’t trust the mute button given.Later the mic started giving issues, the other party regularly complaint about my voice breaking. I checked recorded sessions as well to confirm and yes the voice was breaking as well as it was coming very low.Comfort wise these are good but not reliable product.And claiming warranty is a joke, they dont have offices in india so you will need to send these on your own cost to international location which costs good amount of money.So will suggest you to look for other options because mostly after 3-4 months you will regret it.

   Most practical for calls
   I write reviews for extremes, best or worst. And after 1 month of usage, I can say that these headphones are the best bluetooth I have used for office calls of all I have, which is a distinguished list – shokz air, jabra elite 3, airpods, beats studio buds and even bose nc 700.Reason – it does exactly what it is supposed to do perfectly and nothing more. While I had all the above headphones, being a work from home IT consultant and a father of 6yo, I needed a headphone which would meet below criteria;1. I needed a headphone with mic and both earpieces.2. I did not want over ear since I am calls atleast 5 hours per day and I stay in tropics.3. I wanted something small to carry in my attache.4. I wanted to be able to take calls on mobile also – so atleast dual point bluetooth connection would be nice.5. I have a room for myself so complete noise cancellation not needed. I wanted noise cancellation for the person on other side, but I should be able hear if my son calls out to me.6. I did not want a dongle, I have lost far too many to carry this around. I prefer direct bluetooth connection to the device.7. Finally I wanted dual connection – bluetooth and 3.5 mm port just incase while travelling.This headphones ticks off all the above. The music quality isnt as great as some others I have (nothing can obv match bose). But people on other side get a clear voice. Noise cancellation for people on other side is quite nice and for me point 5 works perfectly.The dual point bluetooth means I can connect to laptop and mobile and can receive the call from both. When on call in one device, if I receive from other, I get beeps and can opt to cancel or receive.The additional benefits – huge battery backup (I use the headphones atleast 5-6 hours every day and yet I need to charge them once a week only. For the duration I use, I do not get any pain or uncomfortable on head or ear. I love the fact that the mic turns both ways so essentially I can use on any ear. And finally the mute button on earpiece is very handy but something I have not seen on any headphone – a red light at end of mic piece is lit when muted which gives a visual away from system as well. Also I want to call out here – I use an HP and a Dell for teams calls and I am able to use all common controls on headphones.At the price this is definately the best gadget you can get. I only wish, they would include a simple carry case.

   Product is okay but JLab support is good
   New Updtate:I reached JLAB customer support and shared broken headphones pictures . Customer support responded well and quick and sent me new headphones as compensation. As mentioned below .still the build quality is poor, bit problem with connectivity and mute option . If you use USB instead of blue tooth performance will be good and mute also works well(based on my 3 months of usage). Changed to 4 star from 1 because of the customer support and quick action taken to send me the new product, attached new headphones pic👌Update:It broke after two months of usage. Not even worth 1000 rs yet they charged 5k+ . Should maintain some build quality if they are charging that much price. Poor choice and pretty bad . Not sure if it covers under warrantyOld:It’s been a month since I started using this.After long search, I took this headphones over Jabra as it has bluetooth connectivity and for me it is easy to use moving freely.Initially connectivity and mic is goodBut in next few days1.Bluetooth is disconnecting intermittently during the calls and I need to disconnect and connect again which is interupting my calls.2. Suddenly Mic not working and it will work after a while, getting frustrated during calls3. Mute function is pretty bad , I kept on mute and attended one personal call and it is being herd in the teams call..sure there is no replacement at this point , and not sure if I can get assistance outside.Overal build quality is so delicate and fragile, I even purchased hardcase for earphones. Not worth the price+5k . Disappointed

   Not worth
   I was looking for a wireless headset to use in Office’s online meetings. I wanted to have headset which is of good quality, sturdy, good battery backup and light weight.Based on my 1 month usage my review is as follows:Pros:1. Decent sound quality.2. Good noise cancellation.3. Mic quality is good.Cons:1. Pricey compare to its overall quality.2. Its not very comfortable to use it for the long hrs. My ears have a pain after using it for one hour or so.3. It fits very tighly on your ears, which is extremely uncomfortable.4. Battery life for calls i got is some around 8-10 hrs max. This is poor.5. It doesn’t seamlessly pairup with MS Teams (which is my main use). In between the call, it gets disconnected for fraction of seconds.6. Also plastic quality of switches are just okay (rather below avg) and doesnt feel premium in usage.Overall headphone is quite heavy (may be due to battery) and it feels bulky in daily use. Not at all comfortable for long calls.Disappointed with overall product compare to it’s premium price.

   Absolutely great for cancelling outside noise on the Mic.Working from home or loud office, I needed something that could block out all backgroud noise while I spoke on the mic. The boom mic on this is FANTASTIC at cancelling our background noise.My kid has been playing and jumping and screaming in the background while I’m on a work call and they hear none of that noise on the other side. I even checked the meeting recording to see if I could hear any background.They are a little on the fragile side of they call too much. Not the most durable but definitely not flimsy.Comfort around the ear is okay, nothing bad and nothing too great.Wireless connectivity is solid and connects to 2 devices at once.The side mute button is very useful and easy to locate to mute quickly.

   I was pleasantly surprised by this headset’s arrival several days ahead of schedule from the USA to Singapore. I initially had problem getting the mic to work and contacted the seller who offered to replace this headset. But after some more exploring the headset, I got the mic to work. It turned out that I misunderstood the red light at the tip of the boom mic to mean LIVE, and vice-versa. The real situation is the Red light indicates the mic is muted. Now, the headset works well, and I used it for Zoom and MS Teams meetings and able to momentarily walk away from my computer during the meetings. Will buy again for its quality and superb customer service. 5 Stars rating here.

   I purchased this product 5/23/22; it is now 10/7/22 – outside of the return window. I love almost everything about this product with a few exceptions. This headset was bought to work from home for an answering service.There are many pros to owning this headset. It holds a charge for a very long time. Usually, I charge every 3 days, but it is still at medium charge even then. I love that the the mute feature is easy to quickly access on the ear piece. It even has the red light at the end of the mouthpiece to remind me mute is on. I love that it is dual connectivity which allows me to listen to music on my iPhone in between calls from my computer. When a call comes in, the headset actually switches before the first ring, allowing me to answer the call faster. The noise cancelling is high quality as when I have a moment of silence on the call, my caller checks to make sure the call didn’t drop.Now, the negatives… I wish the ear pieces were large to fit over my ears for greater comfort. They do have nice cushion but not adequate size for wearing for long periods of time. After a while, my ears are a little sore. Also the range cuts out if I get too far from the computer. This may or may not be typical and is not a big deal for me. I just noticed when i change rooms.The MAJOR draw back is either the quality of the material of the actual head band that connects the two sides, or the design of it . It is plastic, which may be common. Perhaps just mine has a defect in the curing process or something, but about a centimeter above the swivel point on both sides have cracked. I was able to use electrical tape to secure the one side before it could completely separate. The side with the swing arm for my voice, completely broke off. The line that gives it power is still in tact. I have tried using gorilla glue, but it does not hold. I tried gluing it again and then wrapping it in electrical tape. It held for a few hours, but separated again. A third and forth time, I used glue, electrical tape and broken pieces of chop sticks to try to keep it aligned and secure. Remains to be seen if this will hold.I would love if the company would reach out to me to offer a replacement. At it remains, if this doesn’t hold, I will seek an alternate brand or price range with these features that I so appreciate. I would think for this price point though, it should have held up longer than 5 and 1/2 months.*** Edited to add *** I still like this product despite its flaws. I have since ordered this again, but I proactively strengthen the weak areas with black electrical tape. I use that so it blends with the headset and is not even noticeable.The company has not reached out to me, though I never messaged them directly either. This leads me to believe they don’t read their reviews.I have discovered another issue. The arm that swivels broke on my last one. I don’t know if it was my fault or a design problem. I was able to secure it in a working position with good ol’ electric tape and ordered another to have on stand by. It still works perfectly with no failure of the electronics of it. If I could find another with the exact same features, I would buy it instead, but I haven’t seen one so I continue with this one.
