   Mic is bad
   Very dissatisfied. Bought it for recording. The sound of mic is too low if placed slightly away from the mouth. If it is close, even below the chin, it catches a lot of wind pops from the mouth. Not at all worth it for the mic.

   Good product
   Sometimes I need to reconnect it several times to make it work with laptop but other than this the product is good at this price and has great noise cancelling feature.

   This is having warrenty of 1 year, but no property response from then when i claimed for warrenty. Not recommended

   Got a pair exactly one year ago (USB connector) for work-from-home. I didn’t care much about audio quality (I have no complaints, but I wouldn’t know OK audio from good), but the microphone and noise cancellation שרק just incredible, both the insulation for my ears and the mic’s cancellation of צט noisy home.My kid and pets are not at all quite, and our home is small. With these earphones on, all the noises in my home become a distant matter. Video games, playing with a ball, dog barks and crying. I can hear them, but distantly.Moreover, the mic, is something out of this world. I’ve tested using a drill, Dremel, sanding paper all in addition to said kid and pets. My co-workers say they couldn’t even hear the drill at all. Essentially, anything that’s not directly in front of the mic is almost non-existentIf you need to work in a noisy environment, these will make a huge difference

    1. mic is left side only, will not rotate to use on right side (this is just an fyi.)2. Head band is average size to small, will not fit comfortably for larger folks.3. Main problem is that the 3.5 mm plug does not fit snuggly in the phone jack. It will work if you hold it tight so that all contacts are made, otherwise you loose connectivity for your call.Update: The new 5 star rating is for the customer support follow up.The 3.5mm plug wont fit with my current phone case, it works fine if the case is not on the phone.Received a follow up email from customer service to inquire about my purchase and they replaced the headset with a different model. The newer model is a much better headset. The size fits me much better, and is very comfortable to wear.

    I have been using this headset for almost 2 months nearly all the time for meetings and it is still working :-)It is also better than some other ones I tried.Quality: reasonable. I can hear people just fine on a low volume, but they do not hear me as well at the same setting. I actually have to move the mic to be right in front of my mouth and increase the volume. The mute button on the headset itself never worked. But having audio jack vs. USB seems to be so much more reliable.Comfort: having the headset just on top of my ears was hurting after some time from squeezing. So, I decided to to roll my ears inside the ear cushions and that helped. Although if you have rather large ears, they may not fit.Same set works just fine for kids.Overall, I like this headset, especially after trying quite a few others. Hopefully, it will last.

    This headphone and mic set was a great replacement for my old headphone mic set when they fell apart. The cords are a nice length and they fit and feel great, and the sound from the speakers are excellent for me. The microphone is really good, as well – you don’t always get a good mic the functions well on some headsets. This one is really good.
