   Good product – I use it for running
   I have used the product for 2 consecutive days while running. Each session was about 30-40 mins and found it very good so far. The music is nice, clear and loud to hear. The grip is nice ensuring the position is near the ear drum. Battery life I’m yet to test but the previous device of same model when used was capable of at least 4-5 hours.

   Broke under a year. Warranty applicable only once | Weird Jaw Pain after one hour of usage
   Update: Broke under a year but since I already claimed warranty for it for the foam that came out within few weeks I can’t claim it anymore. It is a chinese cheap device, plain and simple. Be ready to try and fix it up yourself if things happen and with the reasons below, you’re fine to go.Don’t buy it. Reasons below:”Bone conduction earphones are not ear health friendly. Weird Ear, mouth jaw pain after just using for an hour”Expectation vs RealityThese would be silent vs They make enough sound that other people in the vicinity can hear it.Hear your sorrounding. vs yeah, all I hear are sorrounding because the volume on it is too low.Pressure-free? vs Not physical pressure on the ears but still a pressure on the inner ear. Most irritating things to wear for a long time.Premium sound quality? vs Shouldn’t even be advertised. Bone conduction don’t sound good.I will be able to listen to audiobooks while cycling. vs Sound too low and traffic sounds too high, somemtimems even the bike’s own sound is too much.For Ear Health? vs Nopes, too irritating even after listetning for one hour.Will be better than headphones for longer usage vs Over ear headphones made primarily for comfort better like theConstant Lower Volumes: Android likes to lower earphone volumes on it’s own. These headphones don’t sound well under 80% volume which Android enforces and outside you have to keep changing volumes.Build: Cheap as expected at this price point. Already the ear cap rubber came out under a month due to sweat.Bluetooth LATENCY IS HORRIBLE. -500ms

   Product is good and easy to use. It has good battery life. Full charge lasts almost over week when used for about an hour every day. Sound fidelity is good and acceptable. It connects immediately by Bluetooth. When my original model had stopped working, it was readily replaced with a working one within short time.

   Good product. Functions as it is supposed to good for outdoor activities like running , cycling etc. Considering the other options it is value for money product.

   product is as described (& impressive performance)
   -satisfied with the product performance and features-sound quality is very good-bone conduction design of this product allows safe use by keeping ears free for hearing ambient sounds also-(the user manual is inside the caharging cable box and packing box mentions the warranty)-great value for price- i recommend this product(i am looking for a compatible software to use this product as a hearing aid also – please share information if available)

   Good, except for calling
   It’s a good tech and cool looking gadget.- Used it during my walks, great for music, okay for podcast conversations.- Used it for OTT, it’s good but if you are looking for in-ear headset quality especially for subtle dialouge/music beats, you may not be that thrilled.- Used it for my office zoom calls, you get used to the sound after an hour or so … but horrible feedback from other side. lots of echo and unclear voice, had to switch back to my previous in-ear headphones for calls.

   Average one..
   It is an average earphone..  Company’s response in replacing the malfunctioning device received initial is appreciable.. Good for running, out door activities.. One can think for it..

   Low cost, Low quality.
   This is the second time i purchased this product. I first purchased it last year and was super impressed with the battery and the quality. Unfortunately it got damaged and i did not hesitate to purchase the same model after 1 year. Unfortunately there seems to be major issues with the product reliability in the current version.1. Battery : The battery lasts for less than 5 hrs. The earlier battery would last for more than 8 hrs. So the battery has definitely changed.2. Charging : my second purchase stopped charging after about 2 months of regular usage. The service team was very prompt and replaced the product with another unit. Note: you have to ship the defective piece under warranty to Bangalore at your cost !3. The replacement i got (now this is the 3rd unit I’m using) started randomly restarting and seeking Bluetooth devices. I was seriously disappointed. I reached out to service team. Again they asked me to ship it at my cost to Bangalore.The product does not switch off and can be switched off only when it is drained of its batteryI have decided to not pursue further replacement as I’ve totally lost my confidence on the brand quality 😕I hope they resolve this matter as it’s a great affordable product…. But if the affordability comes at the cost of quality for which i have to keep paying up, it’s really not worth it.Will now put my money into some other brands and see.
