   Requires wireless transmitter WLA-NS7 for older models before 2023
   It’s a very good product and you can feel the difference while listening to songs when connected to a phone. However, the sound output is very low when connected to my Bravia XR TV. I mean even at level 60 it feels like 10. Later found out that for my BRAVIA XR TV late 2022 model it needs a wireless transmitter WLA-NS7 for the 360 Spatial audio / 3D surround sound effect to work which could cost anywhere b/w 5k to 9k more. I’ve ordered the transmitter which is yet to be delivered. I’ll provide my review again after using it with the transmitter. It works as intended with newer gen Bravia TVs like the 2024-25 models which doesn’t require the transmitter.Wireless transmitter is now delivered. I’m writing this part of review after few weeks now. Works excellent when connected via wireless transmitter wla-ns7 to 2022 model Bravia XR TV. Sound is louder and crisp as slew as immersive. Impressive product. Purchased the wireless transmitter from a different e-comm website as unavailable in Amazon.

   Served my purpose (nothing more)
   In many online reviews I have heard people saying the sound surrounds you. Personally, I did not feel so. It is a good sounding speaker (no doubt in it). But it didn’t blow my mind (I previously used: Sony Linkbuds, Obage OE-600 MT, Truthear x Crinacle Zero). May be I expected too much, as it is the first time trying a ~₹22,000 worth speakerMoreover, it has no basic controls, like for changing tracks, Voice assistant, etc.Despite all of these, it is a very comfortable to wear speaker with decent sound quality for listening to music/podcasts while doing my daily chores.. while still being fully aware of your surroundings.

   Brilliant
   First Things first it’s a speaker not a earphone or a headphone, It says right there on the product name so don’t get fooled by the youtubers do some research yourself before getting one.I bought it at Shopatsc and it’s been really good as someone with an ear issue like tinnitus anything over the ear or in the ears will strain my ears or create constant humming sounds which is very irritating for the rest of the day this product is the best solution to experience sound, though it might be not as close to a surround sound home theatres it really spatial audios like a airpod or even basic dolby soundbars.The sound quality is really next level when I compare it to my 3 year old Bose Earmuffs I really love the experience of the spatial audio since I came from a stereo setup this one is a big improvement for me.I can see there was another person reviwing the product saying it’s too loud for another person in the same room well I got news for you pal, This ain’t headphone or an earphone it clearly says speaker on the product name.So you might ask what’s the purpose of the speaker when I can get a Home theatres from zebronics, mivi or JBL, samsung hell even sony. This exists so that when you live in a small appartment where you can’t any of the surround sound hometheatres but you really do want one without pissing of the neigbhours, so this one will give you close to a surround sound experience I can confirm that as I can use both my HT-S40r and this one and as of me I prefer this one over the HT-S40r since it’s compact I can carry it anywhere unlike having to carry the subwoofer and speakers individually.If you have ear issues like me this product is a no brainer but be aware to use the product at 60-70% volumes any more than that is putting it close to you ears and it will cause you even more issues.If you have pissy neigbhours who wouldn’t sit in their houses and just would walk around to complain my Mixer sound is too much, Then again a no brainer.There is only thing where the product fails is the pricing they should reconider to sell atleast a 5k less to compete with other sony products like the headphones and the soundbars.

   Save your money and don’t buy this piece of crap. Horrible experience.
   This is sooooo overrated. Not only is this just a glorified speaker, it’s also “Fully” and “clearly” audible to every tom dick and harry in the room you’re sitting in, the next one, and the one after that.I kept seeing reviewers say that people next to the individual wearing these might hear a faint sound but won’t be able to make out what you’re listening to.Utter nonsense.Everyone will hear everything. It’s practically the same amount of sound your TV would be in, but instead coming through these speakers hanging on your neck. In no way are these an improvement to the use case…or a convenience.Save your money. Mine is lost for good. This is the worst tech investment I’ve made in the recent past.Now, all of that was a gripe on the usability of the device. Next up.. purchasing it on Amazon. Look at the fine print. This device is replaceable only. No returns. To make it worse..it’s replaceable ONLY after you’ve taken it to a Sony service center!If you’re thinking “if the device is faulty, I’ll just click a button and someone from Amazon will pick it up and a replacement will arrive”, you’re so so so wrong. My device has a faulty right speaker. Amazon support is useless for this case. They simply pointed me to Sony support. I was on the call with them twice, starting my story from the beginning. They finally told me to take it to a Sony center to ascertain the problem and if it’s eligible for a replacement.So here i am, driving in Bangalore traffic to get this thing to a center before it closes and i lose my option of getting a replacement altogether.It has been a horrendous experience buying Sony stuff on Amazon. Just visit you regular brick and mortar store and see if it makes sense to buy this device (please don’t). I can honestly say it’s an utter useless device.

   In 60% of sound others can hear but mumbled in 80% others can clearly what u hear but sound quality is excellent but very little pressure of weight you can feel while wearing for long 2 hours

   These have really nice sound and you can sense the separation of music output. Comfortable to wear and the battery lasts a long time. I haven’t downloaded the app that allows you to do different settings, so far I’m content with the way they are. If I had to pick one small negative, when I’m leaning back in my computer chair (kinda slouched down) they have a tendancy to wanna slide off of you and fall backwards. But other than that they are nice wearable speakers. I do find the price a little high at three hundred plus tax CAD, but if you want good quality then you’ll need to reach a little deeper into your pocket for that luxury.UPDATE…After trying them for three weeks I have decided to return them. The sound is still great but they have one annoying fault. If you’re like me and you like to sit back, perhaps a little slouched in your computer chair, they will fall off your shoulders and onto the floor behind you. They need to come up with a way to prevent that from happening before you can be sure they’ll stay on you. So I am returning them and until they fix that problem, I don’t recommend them.

   Been using a monster boomerang for years. Wanted to try an upgrade. For these to be worth it they would have to be a minimum of two to three times as good as a boomerang for the price they cost. In less than 20 seconds with Beethoven’s 9th they are between 200% to 300% better than the boomerang. Could not find a comparison of the two online. Really thought I’d end up sending them back. But 20 seconds into Beethoven’s 9th and the difference is absolutely CLEAR. Absolutely recommend these.Just to edit after using these for one whole day they’re not two to three times better than a boomerang. They’re four to six times better. I’m definitely buying a second one.Second edit. If anybody’s wondering about battery life. 22 hours continuous use to 20% low battery. Battery life is insane.
