    The soundbar itself is nice and performing per the expectations. But I want to highlight to JBL’s team and whoever is planning to buy this item and opt the installation service.I recently purchased a JBL soundbar from Amazon and opted for the official installation service provided. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the most frustrating part of the entire experience.The technician never showed up for the scheduled installation—not once, but repeatedly rescheduled the appointments without any notification or consent. I was left waiting, wasting my time, only to find out later that the appointments were moved.To make things worse, they had the audacity to mark the job as “customer not available”, blatantly shifting the blame to me. This is not just poor service; it’s dishonest and completely unaccountable behavior.It’s shocking that a brand like JBL would be associated with such an unreliable service partner. If you’re expecting a smooth, professional installation experience, look elsewhere or be prepared for a headache.
