   The Q7N sound Clarity is top notch and the Display is Very good for the Asking Price. Color Accuracy is on point, There are options to even choose the different color management profiles from Adobe RGB to DCI-P3 and more.Not upto OLED leves but an exceptional quality for a QLED. The UI is very smooth compared to the other TV brands, The TV comes pre installed with apps like Jio Cinema, Sony Liv, Sun Nxt, Amazon Prime, Disney Hotstar, Youtube. The app store is just basic and connot be compared to Google TV.Display 7.8/10Sound 8/10Build Quality 7/10Color Accuracy 7.8/10UI Smoothness 9/10App Store/Apps 5/10Overall 7.8/10

   Solid 4 and very much value for money
   I have been using this tv since last 3 months and its the best tv anyone can consider at this price range with best 4k gaming features and quality output. It provides great colour and audio quality is also perfect over all sound effects- consist with good function and all expected and used ports- vidaa os is very smooth and with updates i think will provide better options- brightness over 70% feels very adequate and perfectoverall can be considered as the best 4k gaming tv with good refresh rate in budget range of 50-60k

   Value For money
   This TV offers excellent picture quality with vibrant colors and sharp 4K resolution. Sound is also clear .The smart features are intuitive, with a responsive interface but a limited app store due to the OS. Its sleek design and ample connectivity options are also strong points. it’s a solid choice for those seeking a high-quality TV at a reasonable price. Would recommend, especially for casual viewers.

   WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT
   Edit: 02-05-2025I am experiencing a nightmare day after day. I complained on 21-04-2025 that all HDMI ports stopped working. To date, not only has it not been fixed, there has not even been an attempt to fix it. I keep calling customer care and the local service center (Reliance Resq) every day, receiving only false assurances that technicians will be sent. A good product with zero customer support is pathetic. I am downgrading the five-star rating to one star, though it deserves less than one star. ….My initial review: The seller and Amazon have been reported for misleading customers by advertising that a wall mount is included with the purchase of a television, when in fact it is not. Both the seller’s and Amazon’s customer service teams have been contacted, yet their responses have left customers feeling dismissed and trivialized. Additionally, the delivery of the product took an excessive amount of time, approximately 18 days. (Edit: Just a couple of days ago, Company (not the seller) sent the wallmount after more than two month of delivery, strange!)The process of installing a large 85-inch TV through Amazon demonstrates a lack of control over the installation services, which compromises the customer experience. The scheduling of installation appointments is inefficient, often requiring customers to persistently contact customer care to arrange a suitable time, which can extend to a week or more. This lack of efficiency can significantly inconvenience the customer.Despite these issues, the television itself performs exceptionally well. Initial skepticism regarding the brand’s quality was unfounded as the TV delivers outstanding visual performance. The 4K resolution, HDR, and Dolby Vision content provide an enjoyable viewing experience. Concerns about potential blooming effects were alleviated upon use, as the TV displayed precise black levels and vibrant, natural colors. The audio quality is robust, with a moderate woofer included, though an external sound bar with a subwoofer is recommended for an enhanced audio experience.The operating system of the TV, VIDAA, offers a satisfactory number of streaming applications. However, to maximize entertainment options, the addition of an Android box or Fire TV is advised.In summary, despite the initial obstacles with misleading advertisement, delivery delays, and installation challenges, the quality and performance of the television itself are commendable, making it a worthy choice for consumers.

   Outstanding Product but installation service was pathetic
   Excellent sound quality, design and picture quality is good. Service was pathetic from dealer but product is good. Kindly note there is no wall mount which comes with package. Also, I use this TV for console gaming (PS5), it gives excellent gaming experience with sound and 4K 120 FPS (depends on games).
