   I bought it around 24k after discount with 4 years warranty.product is good. audio quality is good. got one system update without OS upgrade. Bluetooth has issues and can’t be fixed even by service center. picture quality is superb for the price. bright. dialogues are clear.it is clearly a VA panel with DLED back light so viewing angles of 178 degrees is not correct. it is not IPS panel.have seen some banding in YouTube videos but not in Netflix only if your internet supports 4K quality. 720p scaling is blurry but 1080p is amazing. Able to use in brightly lit room. prefer using stabilizer if you live around NCR region not in apartments. if you live within 1 km of a waste water sewage canal then you can’t expect durability of any electronics.warranty claims may be hard as it take them months to service even in big metro cities like Delhi Bangalore. overall service response is not great.

   Excellent Value for Money

   Excellent qled TV , superp display
   Display quality of this TV is exzeberant, display is comparable with OLED TV, hd content and 4K content looks like real on TV, sound quality is sufficiently good enough but if you need more bass you should use sound bar. Operation speed is very good , only initially it takes some time to open then scrolling on YouTube channel and other OTT channels are fast, blue connectivity is good enough, ok Google feature and mice features in TV is really useful and user friendly. Most of the OTT apps are default available, Google TV features is good once you login with your Google account you do not have to enter password to any OTT app. Only one downside is it’s energy rating is single star but for TV energy rating does not make much difference as it does not consume much energy, pls do your own research on this. Till now overall experience is very good.

   Good Screen quality with multiple issues
   Got the tv pre-booked.Pros: Screen Quality is good.But there are multiple issues with the tv.1. Viewing angles are very bad, screen washes out beyond 25-30 degrees.2. Dirty screen issues, greys are not equal, when tested with grey-white-black, blacks and whites are decent, whereas on greys, one can observe that greys are not even and sumdges like appear.3. Main concern is that eARC does not provide 5.1 / surround/ Dolby effect even on Dolby enabled home theatre.4. Only on amazon/hisense listing it is mentioned as QLED but on the box it is mentioned as ULED. I doubt if it is true QLED.If one is ok with above issues, then go ahead, screen quality is good.EDIT:Found other major issues related to Sound Output to Home Theatre.As stated above eARC is not able to provide Dolby/5.1 sound to home theatre. So, purchased optical cable and tried to see if it supports Dolby, here I found multiple issues again.1. Under Audio Output there is no Optical option to choose. Optical output is like plug and play in this tv, but the issue is sound comes from both TV and Home Theatre, again one need to disable TV sound to get sound only from Home Theatre.2. By default ‘Auto’ option gives only 2 Channel, TV has no intelligence to detect Dolby/ 5.1/ 2 channel. So by default it plays 2 channel.3. If Dolby effect is needed one to select ‘Dolby Digital’ under Audio settings, but again since the TV has no intelligence it plays only Dolby Content, non-Dolby content will be muted/no sound. Again one needs to manually switch between settings from Dolby to Auto under Audio settings.4. Optical has limitations, it can’t play Dolby Digital Plus.5. eARC is the option for audiophiles but this TV doesn’t give Dolby output.Based on the above I don’t recommend TV, if you have a good home theatre setup.EDIT: I have returned the TV.

   Buena Calidad de imagen Funciona mejor que una samsung y la relacion precio es muy buena, el control se ilumina, honestamente despues de siempre comprar Samsung gama alta y LG con magic remote no les pide nada. quiza el puntero en el control remoto, pero el sistema operativo es mucho mejor a pesar que no es una modelo de gama alta.

   I previously had a 50″ Samsung UHD Smart TV that I purchased about 10 years ago, but it had a bunch of issues so I decided to replace it with this TV since Samsung assume that people can buy a new TV every fear years and stop providing updates. I was a bit hesitant at first because I have never really purchased Hisense products besides a cheap non-UHD TV for my toddler’s bedroom so I didn’t really know what to expect, but my expectations have been exceeded with this TV. It has pretty decent quality sound, and I can set the volume to 25 and hear perfectly (whereas before I had to set the volume on my previous TV to 100) – it is worth mentioning that I rely purely on the TV internal sound and do not use a soundbar. The picture quality is great too. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and do not have any regrets.

   Good TV, colors are good, screen is bright on dynamic settings. Vida software is manageable, has ads on the top on the homepage but nothing that covers the full screen. Overall a good value for money.

    4 months down the line and this TV cuts out when on the browser. Clearing cache or history is NOT the answer. You have to unplug it completely and then plug in again for it to work. It is not the usual Hi Sense quality… It honestly seems sub-standard. I am very disappointed.
