Customer Questions and Answers

How do I use this microphone? 🤔

Just plug it into equipment that has a Mic input – not an AUX input, otherwise, you won’t get any sound! It works great with speakers that have a Mic input, singing machines, audio amplifiers, PA systems, mixers, voice amplifiers, and other streaming multimedia equipment. Once connected, simply long-press the Mic and Receiver buttons to power them on. The display will show you the battery power and signal strength in real-time!

What kind of batteries does it use? 🔋

The microphone itself doesn’t come with batteries, but we recommend using 2 AA Amazon Alkaline Batteries. Just make sure you install them correctly, paying attention to the + and – directions. The receiver, on the other hand, is rechargeable. It has a built-in 650mAh battery that gives you about 4 hours of work time and fully charges in 3 hours. Make sure to charge it for 5 hours before your first use!

What if I’m experiencing no sound or interference? 💡

No worries, we’ve got you covered with quick troubleshooting! First, double-check that you have enough power for both the mic and receiver. Also, ensure you’re connecting to equipment with a MIC input, not other interfaces. If you still find no sound, you might need to re-pair the mic and receiver. Just turn them both off, open the mic battery cap, press and hold the mic’s “HI LO” button for 10 seconds until the display channel flashes, then quickly turn on the receiver. Wait for the mic channel display to stop flashing, and the receiver’s blue light should stay on, ready for use!

Can I use multiple microphones at the same time? 🎤🎤

Yes, you can! If you’re using multiple mics at the same time or if you’re experiencing noise, you might need to switch channels. You can do this by opening the mic’s battery cover and clicking the “HI LO” button. Just make sure that each mic has a different channel number, and try to keep those channel numbers far apart to avoid interference.

What is this microphone good for? 🎤

This unidirectional microphone is perfect for a variety of uses! Its built-in professional moving-coil unidirectional microphone core means you get a loud, clear voice when you speak close to the top of the microphone. It’s great for conferences, speeches, outdoor events, church gatherings, family parties, opening ceremonies, dance instructors, promotions, and so much more!
