TV COMPATIBILITY

• The Medley Air is compatible with TVs with optical (TOSLINK), AUX (3.5mm), or built-in Bluetooth audio outputs.
• Please confirm your TV is compatible before purchasing.
• Note: If connecting via optical, set your TV’s audio output to “PCM / Stereo” for optimal sound.

USING WITH SMART TVS

• For Smart TVs with built-in Bluetooth (e.g., 2024 Samsung TVs), the Medley Air earbuds can pair directly via Bluetooth.
• In this case, slide the transmitter to ‘OFF’ because there is no need to use the transmitter.

STAY COMFORTABLY AWARE

• With an open-ear design that sits lightly and securely ON your ears instead of in them, these headphones offer a pressure-free fit that stays in place, even if you wear glasses or use a hearing aid.
• Because it rests on your ears without covering them, you can hear your TV while still remaining alert to your surroundings.

SHARED ENJOYMENT

• With soundbar pass-through capabilities, the Medley Air allows friends or family members to watch right alongside you without arguments about volume levels.
• The pass-through feature allows you to listen at your desired volume through the headphones while others listen through an external soundbar.
• It’s a win-win!

NEVER MISS A WORD

• Although the Medley Air may not provide the most powerful bass, the overall sound clarity is where these headphones truly shine.
• Thanks to the open-ear model that takes advantage of air conduction technology, the Medley Air is designed so you can hear every bit of dialogue while watching TV.
• As a result, on-screen voices and conversations are transmitted more clearly, so you can easily follow along.

Customer Questions and Answers

• Q: How do I set up the Medley Air with my TV? 🤔

A: It works with TVs that have optical (TOSLINK), AUX (3.5mm), or built-in Bluetooth outputs. Just make sure to use the port labeled “Input from TV.” If you’re using the optical connection, set your TV’s audio to PCM / Stereo. For Smart TVs with built-in Bluetooth, you can pair them directly – no transmitter needed! We’ve got a handy Interactive User Guide (IUG) that shows you exactly how this works. If your TV only has HDMI ports, check if it supports Bluetooth.

• Q: Can I still hear things happening around me while wearing them? 👂

A: Absolutely! The open-ear design means they sit just outside your ears, so you can stay aware of your surroundings. This is super handy for chatting with family or hearing the doorbell without having to take them off.

• Q: My partner likes to watch TV at a different volume than I do. Can this help? 🎧🔊

A: Oh, definitely! That’s the magic of the Soundbar Passthrough feature. You can enjoy TV at your own preferred volume through the earbuds, while everyone else can listen through a soundbar. No more volume wars!

• Q: Are they comfortable to wear for long periods, especially if I wear glasses? 😎

A: Yes, they are designed for an open-ear, secure fit that sits just outside your ears. This means they’re stable, non-slip, and work really well even if you wear glasses or hearing aids.

• Q: What’s the battery life like? 🔋

A: You get a solid 8 hours of battery life, and they only take about 1.5 hours to charge up fully.

• Q: How far can the Bluetooth signal reach? 📶

A: The Bluetooth range is quite impressive, going up to 100 meters!
