It’s super easy to plug and play! Just make sure you connect it to equipment that has a Mic input, not an AUX input, or you won’t get any sound. No worries! If you’re using multiple mics or experiencing noise, you can switch channels. Just open the mic battery cover and click the “HI LO” button. Make sure each mic has a different channel number, and keep those channel numbers far apart from each other.

How do I recharge the receiver and what kind of batteries does the mic use? 🔋

The microphone itself doesn’t come with batteries, but we recommend using 2 AA Amazon Alkaline Batteries. Just pop them in, making sure the battery + – direction is correct. The receiver has a built-in rechargeable battery and needs to be charged for 5 hours before its first use. It gives you about 4 hours of work time and fully charges in 3 hours. Don’t forget to long-press the mic and receiver buttons to power them on!

My mic isn’t producing sound, what should I do? 🔧

First, double-check that both the mic and receiver have enough power and that you’re connected to a MIC input, not another interface. If you’re still not hearing anything, you might need to re-pair them. Just turn off the receiver and mic, open the mic battery cap, and press and hold the mic’s (HI LO) button for about 10 seconds until the display channel flashes. Then, quickly turn on the receiver and wait for the mic channel display to stop flashing. Once the receiver’s blue light is on constantly, you’re ready to use it!
