The voice is garbled these. Might be good for listening to music. AS far for voice it is not clear the portable speaker with wire ear phones was 100 percent better. I would like to get that quality or voices without wires.

I got these SEREONIC Voice Enhancing TV Headphones for Hard of Hearing – Light Weight with Zero Delay RF Transmitter Up to 330 Feet for Personal Television Watching for Seniors and Elderly, for my personal use. I am 70 years old and like some of my age, I have some hearing loss. I saw these and I thought I would try them out. I like, and the main reason I got them, that the TV speakers will operate normally, so my wife can set the volume to her listening level, and I can hook these up (via the optical or digital audio output, or RCA audio out on the TV) and listen to the TV setting the earphones to my level. The only con I have with these headphones is the length of the cables that came with the set. They are way to short any practical use with todays Big Screen and wall mounted units. At this price point , they should have included much longer cables (which is why the 4 star rating). I used a KabelDirekt â 10 feet â Optical Digital Audio Cable ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DI89X7M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and connected it to my 65″ SONY Bravia optical audio output (https://www.amazon.com/Sony-X90J-Inch-Compatibility-XR65X90J/dp/B08TKXDLQB/ref=sr_1_4?crid=3PLXIT7NJW9BC&dchild=1&keywords=sony+bravia+4k+65+inch&qid=1631911064&sr=8-4) and connected that to the TV Headphones base. I can tell you it works beautifully, I can hear the TV through my headphones and my wife can hear the TV speakers. The instruction manual is very good, even at 70 I understood it. The controls are on the right earphone and the charging is done from the left headphone, it has a little plate the connects to the left side of the base. The base has a battery logo on the left side , so you know to place the left earpice in that slot for the proper charging setup. These are a lifesaver for me and well worth the price, for me to enjoy TV listening again.
