Not working this sound bar
I contacted Amazon customer care, but they directed me to the manufacturer’s customer service, which only operates Monday to Friday and closes at 1 PM on Saturdays. my complain almost one month complete but not a solution I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. I want to return the product for a full refund or I expect a replacement that works properly. Please address this issue promptly and do not waste my time.

Worst Product,no proper customer support,meanwhile, it was compliant twice within one year, Â first, the speaker was changed, then the speaker board, and it is now compliant. In any mode, the right-side speaker is not working.
