   Best Overall Performance but little bit outdated
   Bought for Rs. 13,800 and delivery was slow (4 days) as the distance from origin store delhi to chennai so no exceptions.Packing – No additional box/protection required as samsung box was sturdy and original seal/tape was intact with no damage all over the box just a tight cover was provided for scratches i suppose.Contents – All specified items in the box in product page are present in fresh condition and perfect.Item Quality – 9/10, all 5 speakers are sturdy but only the subwoofer rear was like plain plywood type, Blu ray player/receiver design is exquisite.Connections – 10/10, I worried before that there was no ARC specified in HDMI OUT port but samsung declared it has ARC, it is 100% ARC HDMI OUT so no worries, FM connection is gud but wire not long enough to reach open window.There is no Bluetooth,NFC and other internet connections, only HDMI connections and audio 3.5mm port for headphonesHow to connect :HDMI OUT of STB to TV HDMI IN 1,2,3 (non ARC) n HDMI OUT of BR Player to TV HDMI IN 4 ARC port(my sony TV ARC is in 4th Port) and Almost all TV nowadays support HDMI-CEC (different names from different brands)in this BR player – ANYNET+ (samsung)and in my Sony TV – BRAVIA SYNC, turn on both and will connect automatically as u start both appliances by this u can control all options of BR player from TV remote itself.Features – 10/10, As priced at this low point i thought b/w this product and Sony IV300 but all the features available in it are present in this product = DD,DD+ (checked from both TV n TataSky HD+ stb), Dolby pro logic not present but it is available through DSP/EQ button in remote (check manual) as it converts stereo o/p from SD channels to 5 channel o/p(only thing bass is very low), ARC works perfectly as it returns tatasky DD5.1 audio to the receiver which plays perfectly.Sound Quality – 10/10, All speakers are to the mark but only thing is I have to increase the Bass effect in Equalizer to get desired bass as it is low usually in DD outputs, dnt know abt DTS. Seriously best value for performance as Sony is OVERPRICED in INDIA, I was hesitant to go for Samsung as i have Sony KDL43W950D worried abt sync issues but no worries all works well.Support – Video format support is only limited to X264 code and mpeg4 , as u can play X265 code n other formats as matrovska from TV only,Audio format support – I use sony Video Builtin player app for playing movies supports everything and SERIOUSLY dnt use VLC, MX Player in TV as they dont support AAC,AC3,DTS surround sound audio passthrough (so no surround) so use KODI player it has features support passthrough for surround sound (VERIFIED), Try ur TV builtin Video playback App if not go for KODI player.Overall Rating – 10/10, at this price point there is no other brands offer this complete package, SAMSUNG thumbs up i was hesitant to go for older product 2015 model (4 years old n manufactured in 2018) but really surprised me with no difference, as SONY compatriot models also go 4 years old like BDV-E3200 n HT-IV300 both are priced over INR 20K both provides internet n bluetooth which will be overkill coz i have Smart 3D TV.SO GO FOR THIS PRODUCT UR EYES CLOSED and I’M COMPLETELY SATISFIED

   My opinion after using it for a year
   I purchased this system more than a year ago. I wanted to use it for some time before reviewing. Since I am quite satisfied with it I decided to finally review it.On positive side it is very cost effecgive. It contains more than enough features, i wanted, for the money i paid after the cash back. Then it is very user friendly. It’s easy to install. In fact I installed it myself. And the remote is also very simple and easy to understand. Unlike some other brands, it’s remote control does not contain a bunch of buttons you have to search the manual to know how to use.The sound quality is good. It has some preprogramed modes that suits the programme you are watching or listening. However only a couple of modes use all the five sattelite speakers. Others use only three.I am giving it a 4 only for two reasons. One is the cables connecting the sattelite speakers are not enough. I could not place the speakers in desired positions in a 12 by 14 room, unlike my last home theatre. Samsung should provide longer cables. Secondly I felt the bass is a little low again compared to my previous brand.

   Samsung Blu-ray home theatre sound is not good and cables also they gave only one adaptor and speakers also is very small speakers.

   worth for money
   product is good. sound quality is worth for its price. equalizer setting, feather touch in player and handy remote control are good. ARC with HD channels audio is good but other SD channel AUX output is good for listening. good with original disks only. speaker cable length was not sufficient. for samsung TV remote control is compatible. worth for money good for small rooms of 12×16 sizes. i ve connected two home theaters one through ARC another through AUX. can’t operate both at a same time. they have time difference. I am using sony philips and Intex already. vocal clarity is comparatively good.

   Quality & product review of Samsung 5.1 channel home theatre system.
   It’s almost more than 2 months I using the product & extremely satisfied with the product specially sound quality, surrounding effect & sawoofer quality. The BDV plays all format very well. Big thanks to Samsung for providing quality products at handsome price.
