Excellent Picture quality and Looks great
Superb quality and excellent featuresMy Samsung Frame TV (Matt Finish)The first thing I like is to have our customizable Photos / Paintings as a Frame and It looks like a real. The picture quality is far better than I expected and is fully customizable to suit your room, even though it can adjust itself automatically depending on the darkness of the room, time of day etc.The sound quality through the TV is excellent but I opted to add the Samsung Sound Bar with sourrended speakers for some really immersive viewing. The one thing that I really like is that there’s just 1 thin cable from the TV, which plugs into the hub.Features again are superb and there are loads of options to set up your TV exactly as you want it.Finally, value for money? Yes most definitely in my opinion. I have an excellent TV, with the features, quality, and price I wanted, which I think is definitely value for money for a quality product like this.

Excellent smart TV with all elegance
I have been using the TV for 6 months. Excellent display with a Matt finish technology which helps in filtering the reflections of background. Very sleek design and It’s truly like a photo frame. The TV operation is very easy and the features are very good. We can install the app for remote , if its a samsung smart phone and also thrre are additional advantages if the mobile being used is also samsung. The remote is very good with a solar charging panel at the back which avoid the batteries headache. Easy to clean by spraying a slight lens cleaning liquid( lenskart) on to a cloth and wiping the screen. Overall FUNtastic experience in these 6 months of usage.

   Amazing display but poor software
Bought a 65″ frame tv, and the frame tv art mode looks amazing. Upload custom photos and they look very much like a framed portrait. Matt display is different and videos look veryich different and better in comparison to normal non Matt displays. But then comes the weak part, for such an expensive TV the User experience is lagging, be it the TV software or the companion mobile app. The polished look expected of an expensive premium TV is missing. Some parts work some don’t. Haven’t tried Samsung support as of yet. No Chromecast support, Google assistant is there but unable to make it work. User interface is not very fast/ slick. Software library is weak vis-a-vis Android TV. Hope Samsung fixes this in future updates. Night mode is kind of buggy, turns of TV even in normal light (normal for me but TV thinks it is dark) .As I bought this from Amazon no free bezel has been offered, same is available from local vendors if purchased offline. Please keep this in mind if purchasing online. Samsung store lists the MRP for bezel to be more than 9000/-Another issue though the TV installation was free by Samsung but I received an email subsequent to purchase that installation is chargeable. Don’t know why Amazon sent that email after the purchase and installation. Haven’t been charged any money yet.My primary purpose for this TV was to display photos and art in lobby, and for that this TV is amazing. This thin TV has its own wall mount, and TV looks like a photo frame hanging on the wall.Movies look amazing. Despite being very thin the sound is very good. And Samsung please fix the software issues .

   Great product but pathetic support
This is a review almost after one year of using the product. Great picture quality. But after the software update in October, the software has become really buggy and a hassle to use the TV. Everytime I switch on the TV, the brightness becomes completely low. The universal remote is so buggy that everytime I switch on the TV, the set top box would switch off. Now I have turned off the universal remote feature and that’s not happening. But the technicians are not able to understand that. Have communicated multiple times that these two issues have come up after the software update but they don’t even listen to me. Tired of changing the brightness setting every single time I turn on the TV. Been waiting for a software update since October 2023 but that is also not happening. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this product and go through this effort. Not worth it.

Great TV, especially for bright rooms
Bought it at a good deals on instance discount and card specific discount.Pros:Absolutely best option for a bright room ornroom with windows. Matt display ensures that there is no reflection/glare. Simply beautiful clarity and contrast even in a bright room.Very good picture quality for a non-OLED TV.120hz refresh rate and free sync for gaming.Sound is decent.TV fits flush against the wall, only one thin cable from TV to One Connect box hence no more multiple dangling cables.Software is OK, however I prefer Fire TV interface and using it with Firestick 4k max.Remote quality is good, solar rechargeable.Cons:Needs picture adjustements to show fast moving objects (cricket ball) clearly. Default picture modes show ball as blurry.Bezels sold separately for high price. Did not purchase one.

   A Perfect smart tv
I have been using this tv for almost a year now and I can certainly say that it one of the best smart tvs available in the market. I was sceptical initially about the picture quality comparing the other tv available in the market. But after using it for this long I am very happy with the picture quality. Built in speakers a way better than the other tvs in this range. It gives proper thump and crisp sound. At last talking about the best feature which is being a frame tv it looks super cool and whenever someone is coming to your house they are definitely going to talk about the tv. It stands out from the rest.
